Perfect for artists of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced printmakers. This 3-day intensive will introduce innovative techniques for layering, blending, and designing bold color patterns on kozo (mulberry) paper.

Explore approaches that merge printmaking, painting, and dyeing techniques
Experiment with multilayered color and pattern design
Transform your printed papers into three-dimensional box structures
Learn how to utilize your prints into your personal print editions, mixed media works, and paintings
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a collection of richly printed papers and unique sculptural works, as well as a deeper understanding of how to push the expressive possibilities of Akua Liquid Pigments.
